Syracuse Events is looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our growing team in Syracuse, NY! Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing plans and promotional campaigns
- Support event logistics including venue setup, vendor communication, and on-site management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event concepts and brand activation strategies
- Track event budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure seamless execution
- Engage with customers and clients during events to promote brand awareness
- Assist in post-event reporting, data collection, and performance analysis
- Coordinate marketing materials, signage, and promotional assets for events
Requirements:o\
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- 0-2 retail, face-to-face marketing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events
- Self-motivated, team-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
- Prior internship or experience in event planning or marketing is a plus
